Co-Founder of Zebra Uno Nikki Stratton led an online based workshop during the Flatpack 2021’s Film Camp this month on Welcoming Deaf Audiences aimed at filmmakers and organisations. As Co-Founder and Director of Deaffest, Nikki gave an invaluable insight into the world of films produced by D/deaf filmmakers, the typical barriers they face and how the barriers can be overcome. Nikki provided tips and advice on how to include D/deaf people in organisations and at festivals.
