Last August, Zebra Uno Media worked with Surfers Against Sewage (SAS) on the production of an engaging British Sign Language video filmed in Cornwall.

The video, featuring Zebra Uno’s Co-Director Marilyn Willrich, offers eye-opening insights about SAS and shares impactful facts, created to inspire Deaf viewers to get involved and take action.

Media Project Management Officer Jack Smallwood led the filming process. Reflecting on the experience, he shared: “It was definitely a refreshing change from the usual shoots and an amazing experience filming in beautiful Cornish locations, blessed with stunning weather and fresh air! The project featured Marilyn Willrich presenting to camera, and I made sure to highlight her signing within the frame. I also took charge of the editing, refining the cuts, rearranging shots, colour correction, colour grading, and managing the voice-over and subtitles to ensure the final clip was accessible to everyone.”
