Nikki’s interview and translation work for SignMedia Enterprise

In June this year Co-Director of Zebra Uno, Nikki Stratton, was interviewed by filmmaker Louis Neethling for SignMedia Enterprise about Zebra Uno Ltd, which she owns along with her business partner, Marilyn Willrich.

Nikki’s background as a business owner meant that she was ideally placed to do some translation work for SignMedia Enterprise last year.  Nikki translated a new dictionary of business terminology, where each term was both translated and then defined in BSL. You can see an example here.

SignMedia Enterprise, a European partnership, provides Deaf Media professionals with access to business-related information and terminology in their preferred language, for example British, Austrian, Italian and French sign languages.
